Online FAQ - Kapruka Shipping Policy
What shipping method do you use?
We use registered parcel post or international courier services. You will get to
pick shipping options as you place your order.
Where do you ship from?
Most merchandise will be shipped directly from Kapruka shipping center in
Colombo, Sri Lanka. However, based on our distributed inventory some items may
be directly shipped to you from our USA or London offices.
Can I track my order online?
Yes. You may use our online
order tracking page.
How do you calculate shipping charges?
It depends on the total weight of your order. For example, a 2 lbs package to
USA / Canada will cost US$2.99 shipping. To see exact shipping charges, add the
items to the shopping cart and enter your shipping address.
How long will my order take to arrive to my destination?
Most packages will reach you within 8 to 14 business days from the day we ship.
Your package will be shipped out within 2 business days from the time you place
the order.
Do I need to pay any customs duty charges to receive my package?
No. All packages are sent as parcels and do not go through customs.
